If you are walking quickly on Leningradskiy Prospect you could easily miss the building because it is hardly seen from the street. This fact even increases the interest and the will to see what is hidden behind the heavy iron gate. Here you are already in the small cozy yard where everything is as it used to be a century ago : the big trees, the lanterns besides the fence, the path which probably keeps the memory of the sound of wheels of the carriages from the beginning of XX Century.

This three-store house situated in the heart of Moscow corresponds perfectly to the modern appearance of the city. And it is going to celebrate its 100th Anniversary very soon. The arches, the round balconies with balustrades, the perches of the huge windows - all these inspire deep respect.
