PERSONAL INFORMATION Born on 29 July in the town of Vurshetz, Bulgaria.
EDUCATION She has graduated 35th "M. I. Kalinin" Russian Language High School in Sofia. Afterwards she graduated from "St. Kliment Ohridski" Sofia University, major - Philosophy - MD in Philosophy, Specialization in Sociology.
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES She has been working in the sphere of the international relations in the field of culture for more than 20 years, dealing with organization of international film, television and theatrical events.
1976 - 1978 - Social Commission of the Journalists International Organization and the Union of Bulgarian Journalists.
1980 - 2008 - Bulgarian National Television (BNT). She was in charge of organizing different international film and television festivals. Head of "International Festivals" Dept. in the International Relations Department of BNT. She took active part in the work of major international TV festivals such as "The Golden Nymph" in Monte Carlo, FIPA in Cannes, "Golden Prague", Prix Europe in Berlin, Prix Gionnes in Munich and many others.
She has been Chief Secretary of the Golden Chest International Television festival organized annually by Bulgarian National Television in the City of Plovdiv.
PARTICIPATION IN CREATIVE UNIONS Member of the Union of Bulgarian Filmmakers.
She is awarded "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Medal by the Slavonic Fund of Russia under the patronage of His Holiness Cyril - the Patriarch of Moscow and of all Russia for "her great contribution in the preservation and the development of Slavonic cultural heritage".
